Deposit 
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required with your reservation.

Balance
Balance payment shall be made 60 days prior to Check-In (unless a late booking, where full payment is required at time of booking).

Payment
Payment must be made in Euro via Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfer or Pay Pall in $US.

Damage waiver deposit
A damage waiver deposit of 150 Euro is required and payable on arrival. At the end of your holiday this amount will be refunded back to you providing our agent checks the villa’s inventory and finds that there are no breakages or damage to the property.

Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for the villa is 4 persons. We know other owners on our complex, if we are booked or you require more than one villa, please contact us, as we will help you find another villa.

Long/ Short Term Rentals & Last Minute Bookings
Enquiries are also welcome for long-term rental, short duration stays in low season and “last minute” rates. Please contact us for further details.

Airport transfers
We can arrange transfers from and to the airport- please contact us for further details

Cancellation
All booking cancellations MUST be confirmed in writing to us.

Pets
Pets or animals are not allowed under any circumstances.

Smoking
Smoking within the villa is strictly prohibited. Smoke detectors are used throughout the villa.

Accessibility
Due to the steep terrain in some places the villa is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The steps and steep terrain also make the property unsuitable for wheelchair users.
NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.
